Heath H. Snow is the founding and managing partner of Snow Caldwell Beckstrom & Wilbanks, PLLC (SCB&W). Prior to forming SCB&W, Heath worked as an attorney with two other law firms. Licensed in both Utah and Nevada, Heath handles a wide range of litigation and transactional matters. Heath’s diverse practice has resulted in the representation of both individual and institutional clients of all sizes, including numerous businesses, corporations, joint ventures, associations, financial institutions and governmental entities. In addition to his litigation and transactional practices, Heath has enjoyed the general representation of various municipalities and special service districts in the Southern Utah area. Heath is also a certified mediator. Heaths current practice primarily involves representing clients in the real estate, development, construction, medical, banking and insurance industries.
